April call texts out now: funding for Antarctic research and ICT-related research, roadmap call for research infrastructures
The Academy of Finland’s April 2020 call texts are now available on the Academy’s website. The April call includes funding for Antarctic research and ICT-related research as well as a roadmap call for research infrastructures. Applications are also invited in a follow-up call for consortia that have been funded in the Academy Programme Health from Science.
Applications can be submitted in the online services as of Wednesday 1 April. The deadline for applications is Wednesday 29 April at 16.15 Finnish time. The roadmap call for national research infrastructures is open until 27 May.
The Academy of Finland opens a targeted call for applications in Antarctic research. The aim is to generate internationally significant new breakthroughs in Antarctic research.
The Research, Development and Innovation Programme ICT 2023 invites applications under two themes: ‘ICT Technologies for the Digital Transformation of Industry’ and ‘New ICT Solutions for Space Industry and Sectors Utilising Space-Based Data’.
In the FIRI 2020 call, the roadmap call for national research infrastructures, projects apply for a chance to be included in Finland’s new research infrastructure roadmap. No funding is available through the call. The full call text of the roadmap call will be published later in March.
