Interim report

If an application is submitted for Research Council research funding before funding for an ongoing project has ended, or after the funding has ended but before the final report has been submitted, applicants shall submit an interim report on each unreported decision. If the applicant is a subproject PI in an ongoing project no interim report is required.

The interim report is submitted in the online services under the original funding decision on the tab ‘Reports’. Select ‘Show projects to be reported’ (if reporting has not been started) or continue filling in an incomplete report. Fill in the required information and submit the report. Submit the interim report before you submit your application.

The interim report does not replace the final report, but an interim report submitted earlier can be used as the basis for a new interim or final report.
