FIRI progress report guidelines

If a research infrastructure has ongoing Research Council FIRI funding for which a final report has not yet been submitted, its application shall be accompanied by a progress report. The progress report should follow this structure:

Title: Progress report/reports on research infrastructure’s projects

Name of research infrastructure, applicant organisation, number of new application

Progress report

If there are several ongoing funding projects, each project is described separately in the same appendix.

  • key project details: decision number, project title, type of funding, amount of funding granted, funding period
  • short description of project’s progress (max. 2,500 characters)
  • how the funding being applied for applies to the project being reported (describe briefly)

The progress report must be drafted in the same language as the application. The progress report(s) is (are) appended as a single document to the application in the online services. Name the attachment file as follows: yoursurname_report.
