NordForsk call: Nordic and Baltic Solutions on Food Security

NordForsk has launched a call for proposals addressing preparedness and crisis response in food systems, critical infrastructure and/or increased use of Nordic and Baltic produced food. The application deadline is 2 December 2026 at 13.00 CET.

Funding is available to around ten Nordic or Nordic-Baltic consortia. Nordic applicants may be granted a maximum of NOK 115 million in total. The funding comes from a joint Nordic pot managed by NordForsk, while Estonia (up to €300,000) and Lithuania (up to €420,000) finance their own partners nationally.
