New report by Research Council of Finland examines results and effects of projects funded through EU Recovery and Resilience Facility (RRF)
The Research Council of Finland (RCF) has published a report on the effects of the EU’s Recovery and Resilience Facility (RRF) funding on sustainable growth.
The report examines research and research infrastructure projects that received RRF funding, granted and administered by the RCF, and their results and effects in 2022–2024.
The report covers the activities and results reported by the projects, as well as the achievement of the project objectives and their effects. In addition, it analyses measures to promote the projects’ impact, impact mechanisms and anticipated longer-term impacts, as well as the implementation of the Do No Significant Harm (DNSH) principle in the projects. The report also provides recommendations for supporting systemic change.
The report was written by Erika Lilja, Jari Leppänen and Mari Leino.
