Muistutus PROACT-ohjelman arvioinnista ja loppuraportista.
Hyvä PROACT-projektin vastuullinen johtaja tai tutkija!
PROACT-ohjelma loppui 2005 ja tänä vuonna suoritetaan tutkimusohjelman loppuarviointi.
Pyydän, että 28.2.2006 mennessä palautatte
- Täytetyn itsearviointilomakkeen (jokainen projektin partneri, lomake ja ohjeet ohessa)
- Tieteellisen kuvauksen projektista (konsortio yhdessä, ohjeet ohessa) ohjelman loppuraporttiin.

Itsearviointiraportit, loppuraportti ym. ohjelmaan ja projekteihin liittyvää materiaalia lähetetään kansainväliselle arviointipaneelille arvioitavaksi. Paneeli kokoontuu Helsingissä 14.-16.6.2006 Suomen Akatemian tiloissa keskustelemaan ohjelman tuloksista ja kirjoittamaan arviointiraportin.
Paneeli haastattelee myös projektien tutkijoita. KAKSI TUTKIJA/SUOMALAINEN PROJEKTIPARTNERI (ESIM. VASTUULLINEN JOHTAJA JA TUTKIJAKOULUTETTAVA) KUTSUTAAN HAASTATTELUIHIN JA MATKAKULUT HYVITETÄÄN. Jokaisesta suomalais-ranskalaisesta projektista kutsutaan yksi ranskalainen tutkija, joka siten edustaa projektin kaikkia ranskalaisia partnereita. Projektit päättävät itse kuka osallistuu haastatteluihin ja useampikin (kuin 2) tutkija voi osallistua projektin omalla kustannuksella.
HAASTATTELUUN VARATAAN NOIN 45 - 60 MINUUTTIA/PROJEKTI JOKO 14., 15. TAI 16.6. Aikataulusta sovitaan myöhemmin yhdessä projektin ja paneelin kanssa.

Reminder of the evaluation and final report of the PROACT programme
Dear PROACT project leader or researcher,
The PROACT research programme ended in 2005 and the evaluation of the whole programme will be performed in 2006.
I am asking you to return by 28 February 2006
- A filled-in self-evaluation report (each project partner, forms and instructions included in this email)
- A scientific description of your project (one description/consortium, instructions included here) to be included in the final report of the programme.

These reports and descriptions together with other information about the programme and the projects will be forwarded to an international evaluation panel, which convenes in Helsinki on 14-16 June 2006 in the premises of the Academy of Finland to discuss the outcome of the programme and write an evaluation report.
The panel will also interview researchers in the PROACT projects. FOR EACH FINNISH PARTNER, TWO RESEARCHERS (E.G., THE SUBPROJECT LEADER AND A PHD STUDENT) ARE INVITED TO TAKE PART IN THE INTERVIEWS. For each French-Finnish project, one French researcher will be invited thereby representing all the French partners in the project. The project partners may decide themselves who will attend the interviews. Travel costs will be remunerated. More researchers from the projects may take part in the interviews (at the expense of the projects).
FOR EACH PROJECT WE WILL RESERVE ABOUT 45-60 MINUTES ON EITHER THE 14TH, 15TH OR 16TH OF JUNE. The schedule will be decided later together with the projects and the evaluation panel.
