PROACT Evaluation

The Research Programme was evaluated during 2006.

The evaluation report is published in a seminar on the 28 of February 2007.

The evaluation was performed by an inernational evaluation panel consisting of distinguished researchers in proactive computing and related areas.

The schedule for the evaluation was as follows

• October - December 2005: the panel members are selected
• November 2005 - February 2006: material gathering: the projects rpvide self-evalaution reports and descriptions of the projects
• self-evaluation
• pubications
• desription for the programme final report
• April- June 2006: the panel reads the material
• 14-16 June 2006: the panel convenes in Helsinki for three days to discuss the evaluation, interview the researchers and write an evaluation report.
• February 2007: the evaluation report is published
