cDNA MICROARRAY - PRACTICAL COURSE

Finnish DNA Microarray Centre at Turku Centre for Biotechnology
This is a practical course in the use of cDNA microarray techniques. During this intensive course, students learn to use human sequence DNA microarrays to study their RNA samples. The course covers labeling, hybridization, and analysis. Several lectures in different aspects of microarray technology are also given.

The course is organized for the researchers of the Microbes and Man research programme, MICMAN.
