Academy Programme on development research: info to scientific community on 8 June

The Academy of Finland will open a call for applications for the Academy Programme on Development Research on 1 September. Within the call, the Academy and the Ministry for Foreign Affairs of Finland will jointly fund four-year research projects with a total of 6 million euros.

On 8 June, the Academy will organise an information meeting for the scientific community. At the meeting, researchers will be provided with information about the call procedures, call themes, review criteria, objectives and coordination of the Academy Programme, and about other issues relevant to the call. The participants will have an opportunity to ask questions about to call. There will also be a live webcast from the event.The language of the meeting is English.

Time: Thursday 8 June at 13.00–15.00

Venue: Academy of Finland (Hakaniemenranta 6, Helsinki, ground floor)
