The Academy of Finland strives consistently and selectively to develop its international activities in line with the goals set out in the Academy’s international strategy.

The Academy’s active international role, strategic priorities and national and international cooperation provide individual researchers with excellent opportunities for international research collaboration.

The Academy is keen to stress the role of international research collaboration as an integral part of all scientific activities, and is committed to further improve and intensify collaboration with international funding partners in all the fields and disciplines represented by the Academy’s four Research Councils.
