Nordunet3

The Academy of Finland funds the Nordic Nordunet3 programme in 2006–2009. The programme is targeted at research in R&D in Internet technology and services. In 2006, the Nordunet3 Steering Committee selected six Nordic consortia to be funded. One of these has a Finnish coordinator and four consortia involve Finnish researchers. The total funding of the projects is 27 million Danish krones (approx. €3.2 m). Other funding agencies include the Nordic Research Councils, NordForsk and the Nordic Council of Ministers.
