Invitation by foreign organisation

An invitation from a foreign organisation is a free-form document and it shall indicate at least the following information: name of inviting person, his/her position in the organisation, the name of the invited person, planned time and objective of visit as well as salary, grant or fee possibly paid by the receiving organisation.

Applicants shall in their research plan give justification for carrying out the research in the organisation in question.

The document is a public document. It shall not include any confidential information.

The invitation is appended to the application as a scanned document, in case it is not available online. Name the attachment file as follows: yoursurname_invitation.
