Human resources

The Academy’s human resources strategy was completed in August 2008. For its part, the strategy implements the Academy’s strategy adopted in 2006. The human resources strategy took effect in a situation where the Academy had to respond to the challenges posed by the increasingly internationalising operating environment, the changes taking place in the university structure and the challenges presented by the government productivity programme.
