Information Management Unit

The Information Management Unit

• is responsible for maintaining the high quality of information technology and infrastructure as well as for purchasing user, support and training services;
• maintains and develops the Academy's information security, monitoring and reporting system (Focus) as well as the finance and personnel administration system;
• maintains data transfer between the Academy and other accounting offices;
• cooperates closely with the state information management development project, particularly in maintaining technical, information and system architecture;
• creates technical conditions for the development of systems and their safe and reliable use;
• develops the Academy's finance planning system and integrates it into other systems; and
• is responsible for the Academy's document management.
