Administration Unit

 

The Administration Unit is responsible for personnel management and human resources development, general administration and legal counselling. The Unit’s tasks include:

  • Employment relationship issues of Academy staff, including Academy research post holders
  • Planning of human resources development
  • Occupational healt care and safety
  • Recruitment
  • General administration and administrative procedure
  • Legal counselling  (e.g. IPR and contract law)
  • Internal services, Academy management assistant services, as well as the facility and materials management.
